Remember I wrote another article with the title: “Don´t listen to your parents”. This is what happened recently.
I heard from a woman with a low pressure that her mother always recommended her to drink Coca Cola.
Here is a side-by- side comparison of the potential health risks from dark cola drinks vs. water.
(I did put high blood pressure in green because it was beneficial for her in this case.)
I think there are much healthier ways to get your bloodpressure up! Don´t you??? The side effects are huge risks.
